מקרה חירום

"סכנה מיידית לבטיחות האישית" תסתיר באופן מיידי את הפרופיל הציבורי הרלוונטי ותודיע על כך לצוות התפעול, אך היא אינה מהווה תחליף לשירותי החירום. אם מישהו נמצא בסכנה מיידית, אנא פנו תחילה לשירותי החירום המקומיים.

נסיבות שניתן לדווח עליהן

• התחזות לאחרים או שימוש בזהות כוזבת;
• הפרת זכויות יוצרים, סימני מסחר או זכויות פרסום;
• חשיפת מידע אישי, מיקומים מדויקים או פרטי יצירת קשר ללא הסכמה;
• כל תוכן אחר המפר את הנחיות הקהילה והתוכן.

אנא ספקו

1. The full link (location) of the reported page or content;
2. The reason for the report and relevant evidence (screenshots, original text, proof of rights);
3. Whether you are the person concerned or a third party;
4. Your contact details (for follow-up);
5. A good-faith declaration: you must confirm that the report is made in good faith and that the facts stated are substantially true, and you acknowledge that malicious reports are treated as a violation.

תהליך העבודה

Submit → System registration → Tiered assessment → Temporary takedown if necessary → Notification of the outcome.

• High-risk reports (minor safety, intimate imagery, clearly illegal content, violence or severe privacy harm): immediate automatic takedown and immediate escalation to a human;
• Other reports: initial triage completed within 24 hours (this is an initial assessment, not a final decision);
• The reported person may appeal (via Support@musenearby.com); we will uphold or revoke the action after review;
• We do not pass the reporter’s identity to the author of the reported content, unless the law requires it, in which case the transfer is logged;
• The outcome is notified to the author (in-product and by email), and the notification does not include the reporter’s identity.
