サービスの範囲

Muse Nearby 運営チームは、エキスパートの身元、専門的な資格、経歴、連絡先、年齢、またはプロフィール情報の真実性を確認するものではなく、また、面会、取引、アドバイス、または交流の安全性、適切性、あるいはその結果について一切保証するものではありません。

当プラットフォームは、医療、法律、投資、金融取引、雇用、保証、預託、または決済に関するサービスを提供しておりません。これらの分野に関わる場合は、ご自身で資格を有する専門家に相談し、独自に判断してください。

あなたの責任

本サービスは18歳以上のユーザーのみが利用できます。ユーザーは、自身に属し、真実であり、かつ公開する権利を有する情報のみを掲載し、情報に変更が生じた場合は速やかに修正または削除しなければなりません。他者に連絡を取ったり、面会したり、個人情報を提供したりするかどうかは、ユーザー自身の判断に委ねられます。

本サービスを利用して、嫌がらせ、ストーカー行為、詐欺、なりすまし、憎悪の拡散、違法なコンテンツの投稿、他人の情報の収集、またはセキュリティ対策の回避を行ってはなりません。

審査と掲載停止

AI 自動審査はリスクスクリーニングツールであり、本人確認やコンテンツの保証を目的としたものではありません。資料の追加提出が求められる場合や、却下・制限される場合、あるいは通報により一時的に掲載停止となる場合があります。また、緊急のセキュリティに関する通報があった場合、公開プロプロフィールが事前に非表示になることがあります。

問題が見つかった場合は、通報ページまたはSupport@musenearby.comから運営チームまでご連絡ください。

支払いと返金

• テキストコンテンツは無料です（プロフィールのテキスト、公開コメントなど）。
• 有料サービスには、エンドツーエンド暗号化されたダイレクトメッセージおよび暗号化された一斉送信、有料メディアコンテンツのロック解除、メディアの長期保存期間の延長が含まれます。価格は注文ページに表示される金額を基準とします。
• プラットフォーム手数料：エキスパートが本プラットフォームを通じて得た有料収入に対し、プラットフォームは30％の手数料を徴収します。残りはエキスパートに帰属します。
• 返金：ご注文は返金を申請することができ、審査を経て元の支払い方法へ返金されます。ただし、ロックが解除された有料メディアコンテンツは即時提供される仮想コンテンツであるため、ロック解除後の返金はできません。
• 価格や料金体系に変更がある場合は、事前にサイト内で告知いたします。

エキスパートの収益と決済

クリエイターは管理画面で、各収入の内訳とプラットフォームの手数料を確認できます。決済は毎月1回行われます。前月に完了した注文に対応するクリエイターの収益は、翌月15日までに処理され、クリエイターが指定した受取方法へ振り込まれます。クリエイターは、収入に関連する税務申告および納税義務を自ら負うものとします。ただし、プラットフォームが法令に基づき源泉徴収・納付を行う部分は除きます。

免責および責任の制限

本プラットフォームは「現状有姿」で提供されており、当社は特定の結果（例えば、必ず適切なエキスパートが見つかること、必ず提携が成立することなど）について保証するものではありません。法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、当社は間接損害や利益の損失について責任を負いません。当社の累積賠償責任は、過去12ヶ月間に本プラットフォームへ実際に支払われた料金の総額を上限とします。本条項は、法律により制限することができない責任（例えば、故意または重過失、人身傷害、および消費者が法律に基づき享有する強制的な権利など）を制限するものではありません。

準拠法および紛争解決

本条項にはイタリア法が適用されます。紛争については、イタリアの管轄裁判所が管轄権を有します。消費者は、その常居所地の裁判所に提訴することができます。消費者が法律に基づき有する強制的な権利は、本条項の影響を受けません。

Public Articles (Content Layer)

Public articles: you may write article-type content within a team. Once reviewed, an article is published at /<language>/info/<slug> and may be indexed, quoted and retrieved by search engines and AI systems; after the content is taken down you may request removal from indexes.

Review flow: at submission the content first passes a deterministic rules gate, which includes third-party contact-info blocking — the body must not contain phone numbers, email addresses, social accounts or direct-message links; such information may only be entered in the structured fields provided by the platform. It is then reviewed by AI (article text may use a third-party AI service on our paid tier, currently Google Gemini, covered by the Google Data Processing Addendum v10, effective 2026-05-07; other reviews, such as expert application materials, run locally), then released by the team owner; the platform may take down content that violates the rules.

Two independent declarations before publishing: (1) a third-party rights and legality declaration; (2) a minors-content prohibition confirmation (any content identifying a minor is prohibited, including where a minor appears incidentally in the background). Both declarations carry a version number; after a version update, unpublished content or content requiring re-confirmation must be checked again.

Ownership and succession: content is managed by the team that published it. If you leave the team, published content remains public and is taken over by the team; drafts remain private.

Withdrawal and appeals: authors may take down their own content, teams may take content down, archiving a team forces its content down, and the platform may take content down. Authors may appeal a platform decision, which is reviewed by the platform. All of these actions are logged; for evidentiary purposes content records are not physically deleted.

Repeat infringers: for accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or violate the rules, the platform takes proportionate measures (warning → publishing restriction → suspension), subject to review, all logged.

Retention and holds: content records are retained under the “Retention Period” in the Privacy Statement; while a complaint, legal claim or investigation is pending, the relevant handling records may be retained longer (litigation hold).

教習動画の購入とアカウントの利用

• 教習動画 v11–v30 は買い切りの有料コンテンツです（1 レッスン €0.99、10 レッスンパック €7.99）。購入すると将来の再レンダリング版を含め永久に視聴でき、サブスクリプションはありません。
• アカウントは購入者本人の個人利用または家庭内利用に限ります。共有、転売、再配布目的の録画、商業上映は禁止です。
• これらの範囲に違反した場合、または再生保護（同時視聴、デバイス、透かしの制限）を回避した場合、当社はアカウントを停止し、返金なしでアクセスを取り消すことがあります。
• 未視聴の場合、購入後 7 日以内であれば返金を申請できます（強行法規に別段の定めがある場合を除く）。返金後は直ちにアクセスが終了します。
